Domestic Godesses

Me & Liv have been little homemakers lately. We made a homemade banner for Thanksgiving that turned out pretty cute. No sewing involved! We also made yumm-Y old-fashioned pumpkin chocolate chip cookies with homemade glaze. They were de-LISH!

Family Fun

We went to see Hollywood Undead in Salt Lake. They are one of Livy & Bobby's favorite bands that they have enlightened me with, & now I love them too :) We had a blast!

New Baby! Maelee Marie Hadley

Ashley had her baby girl Maelee Marie Hadley on October 19. She weighed 7 lbs. 3 oz. She is soo cute! My sister is a rock star and had her natural. Way to go Ash! She is adorable!

Dracula

So I took Livy to see Dracula by Ballet West at the Capitol Theater. I was so excited because she has never been to the ballet before. This was one of my favorite thingsto do in New York. The fantastic older theaters, the costumes, the dressing up, everything. I was a little nervous that she would be bored or not like it, but she was on the edge of her seat & loved it. So did I :) It was fun to get all decked out & have a girls day. We went to P.F.Changs afterwards too, which was also a first for Liv. It was so much fun to share something special like that with the bestest daughter ever.

Birthdays!

October is full of birthdays & holidays! Especially this year! First of all Dad had knee surgery, which went very well. So glad he got it fixed & can't wait for him to be back on his feet. Due to that though, Mom & Dad had a memorable anniversary in the hospital! It was awesome though because they got to be there when Ashley had Maelee. Good timing!
The week before we all got to celebrate Zach's birthday at their house. We had french dip sandwiches. Thanks Momma-so good! It was cool too because Zach didn't have to share his thunder with Maelee...yet ;) They both have the same birthday!....The day of Zach's party Billy & Logan came over to watch football. Me, Liv, & Paige made & frosted sugar cookies. We all had so much fun! It was so nice to spend time with Billy & his fam.

Bobby's Birthday/Halloween

We kept the birthday celebration going with Sunday dinner at our house. On Monday me & Livy woke up early to make Bobby breakfast in bed. We made pancakes with greek yogurt (& a few with Reese's pieces & chocolate syrup. De-lish!) We went for a bike ride after so Bobby could test out his new birthday present. I had also taken Bobby to see the Foo Fighters (one of his most fave bands) earlier in the month for part of his birthday present. We had a blast, but I forgot to take pics! We went trick-or-treating to Mtn. Ridge to see Nannie. We learned our lesson from last year though & got there early. We had fun despite Liv getting told off by an onry old lady! ;) Then we went to see Papa Ed, my parents, & Gramma Marilyn n Grampa Bert before they left to Yuma. After all the festivities & visiting we met Justin & Jeremiah back at our house to do some more trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. To end the day we threw down on our favorite wings at Wingnutz. Happy birthday Bobby! We love you!

Every birthday should begin with breakfast in bed!
Liv got tons of candy at Nannie's place!
No holiday is complete without a stop at Papa Ed's
Livy with Houston. He was a missionary! Too cute!
Finished with dinner at Wingnutz. Our favorite!
Sunday dinner was at our house. Ash & Beau were at home enjoying their new baby Maelee, & sweet Kota had pneumonia. We missed them & hope he's feeling better.
Mom & Dad were painters, Ryan was Clark Kent/Superman. Me & Bobby were witches, Livy was Little Red Riding Hood, & HoneyBun was a pumpkin

Family Pics

My sweet mom took us up to Brigham City to take some family pics of us. I wanted new ones because I cannot believe how much Livy has grown in the last year! She is so grown up! Thanks mom! You're the best!
