RyFry's Birthday Party. The big 3-0!

Cute Ry-fry & Liv share the same birthday, May 25th. Since I planned a big pink & purple zebra-striped party for Livy. Mom & I figured we would separate the parties so we could celebrate the big deal of turning 30 for Ryan. My mom is so cute. She had us all wear black, & bring a gag gift for Ry to open. I don't have a ton of pics of this because I was snugglin with Kota. It turned out darling, of course, & was a super-fun time. Happy birthday Ry-Fry! We love you!

Olivia's Sunday Dinner Birthday with the Friedli Fam

So Memorial Day weekend sucks! You can never depend on it. It's either nice or awful. It seems like whenever we plan a get together at our house it is the latter. So our bbq we had planned didn't quite pan out. Of course Bobby being the wonderful daddy he is, still went outside & cooked all our burgers, brats, & onion rings. Everyone brought something to help with dinner, so that was nice. A big thank you to you all! I love my little house, but it is not built for entertaining. We had a fun time though all squished into the kitchen & front room. We had a blast & I'm pretty sure Liv had quite a fantastic birthday this year!

 Kota LOVES Toy Story. It's his absolute fave. So I found these hats & HAD to get them for the boys! How stinkin cute are they?

 So we call my mom Grammy, & I think I've said on here that Houston shortens everyone's names, so Grammy has turned into Gram. Why this is extra funny is that my mom didn't know what bff meant when the word first came about. She found out & is definately a BFF to all of us. So I found this super-cute onesie that I HAD to get for Maelee (& of course matching tutu!) Can't wait to see her in this! She is SO cute!

 Cute birthday girl with all her gifts. Spoi-led! She got a darling t-shirt, earrings, watch, a laptop case, pillows & a blanket to match her made-over bedroom. Bobby & I got her a new bedspread, sheets, & a few decorations for her room. I forgot to take pics of those, so I'll have to add them later. It's pretty dang cute though!

I've been good at having my mom & Bobby take pics of me every few weeks or so, but not good at posting them. I thought though, how fun to put them all in a row so I can watch me grow! So here we go!

Being pregnant is the most awesome experience. I am so blessed to be able to have this baby boy. Words cannot describe what it feels like to feel him move, grow stronger everyday, & have him with me all the time. I tear up & smile sometimes when I have the opportunity to just be alone with him, feel & hold him in my belly. I cannot believe how much I love this kid already. I can only imagine how it will feel to see his gorgeous little face & hold him on the outside. Every sick & uncomfortable feeling during this time will be all worth it. It already is. I feel so much love for & have such a bond to this little man. Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing me with this experience. I am so grateful for the amazing mother (& father!) I have been blessed with, & for their constant love & example

Spa Day/Liv's B-day Party

Liv had a big birthday this year. 12! I took her &  her friends to have a spa day where they got their toenails painted, a mini facial, & a hands n feet treat @ Beyond Day Spa. The girls loved it & it was fun for me to be there with them. I'm glad Liv isn't embarassed of me...yet! After that we went home & Bobby got pizza. We had cupcakes & ice cream cones, smores by the fire, a sleepover, & blueberry pancakes in the morning. It was fun & I hope our special girl had a great time & a great birthday!

I love having a little girl. It is so much fun! I made little treat bags for the party. They got nail polish, mini nail kits, cooling eye masks, notebooks with their initials, & sparkly pens. Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm too nerdy, but they were a hit. Yay!



 Liv still likes neon colors, & she wanted an animal print theme. Here are her cupcakes that turned out pretty dang cute I have to say!

Warrior Run

Dylan Shaw is Dakota's sweet friend who passed away from a brain tumor last year. We think of him & his family often & hope they are doing well. Dylan was a special little boy who is loved very much. A wonderful girl named Dakota put together a 5k fundraiser for Dylan & his family. The amazing Shaw family asked her to do it again this year & wanted to nominate Dakota. Our family has been extremely blessed with so much love & support for Zach, Tessie, & Dakota. They are such a special & amazing little family, who wouldn't love them? I think the world of Zach & Tessie as people & especially as parents. Dakota is so blessed to have such wonderful parents. Zach & Tessie are blessed to have the wonderful parents like my parents & the Winterton's who continually love, support, & help them in any way they can. They raised awesome kids who do an awesome job with the trials they have been dealt. We love you Zach, Tessie, & Dakota!

Bobby had picked up a shift at work so only me & Liv were able to go. We weren't alone though! We had support from so many family members & friends. Aunt Becky & her family, Vincie, Zach & Tessie's friends, friends & family of the Shaws, my wonderful in-laws the LaRoses, Jones's, & Platt's, & many other family friends were there. Thank you everyone for supporting our sweet Dakota!

I didn't get any pics of my sweet in-laws, or Vincie, who was there last year at the Brain Injury Association 5k representing Team Dakota. I am lucky to have so many sweet & supportive people in my life too! Love you all!



Park City

We wanted to take a little mini-vaction, but didn't really have the time or money at the moment, so we went to Park City. Our plans went from Mexico for 5 days, to Vegas for the weekend, to Park City for the night. Kinda funny, but it turned out to be for the best. We had a great time just getting away for the day & being together. We are fortunate to live so close to such a beautiful area. It was fun to sit in the pool & hot tub outside & be surrounded by the gorgeous mountains with perfect weather. I'm grateful we can do things like that here & there :)

Livy got to invite her friend Kenna along. She is a cutie & we had fun with her. She liked the hotel so much she accidentally (?) took a pillow home! I laughed when her dad called to apologize & had explained to her that you can take the little shampoo bottles, but not the pillows!

Me in my chair that Bobby constructed for me. It was sitting on a mini table & the step. Sounds a little dangerous, but it worked well! It was so Tater wouldn't be under the water & I didn't get too hot. The temperature was actually perfect though & felt just like bath water! Just bein careful

 So nice to have time off together & spend time with eachother & Liv. Fun day!

Ashley's 24th bday

We got together to celebrate Ashley's 24th birthday a little late because of Easter. It is always so fun to be together. I love my family so much & enjoy every minute I get to share with them. My own little family couldn't make it because Bobby had worked the night before & Liv was @ her mom's this weekend. Missed them lots, but still had a great time with the fam.
